Tinted lash primer that can be worn alone for a natural look or under mascara for added volume and definition. The lightweight formula conditions and coats lashes from root to tip, enhancing length and curl. Water-resistant and long-wearing, it keeps lashes soft, flexible, and beautifully lifted all day.
Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Paraffin, Potassium Cetyl Phosphate, Stearic Acid, Acacia Senegal Gum, Glyceryl Stearate, Palmitic Acid, VP/Eicosene Copolymer, Triethanolamine, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Phenoxyethanol, Panthenol, Tocopherol, Iron Oxides (CI 77499).
